Terms and Conditions
Bookings:
Provisional bookings will be accepted by telephone or e-mail, but must be confirmed by returning a completed booking form together with a deposit of £300 per week within 7 days. The balance of the full rental must be paid not less than 6 weeks before the commencement of the let.Bookings within 6 weeks of arrival should be paid in full.
In addition a separate cheque for £100 for additional cleaning/accidental damage is to be sent with the balance. This will be returned in full within 2 weeks of your departure date so long as the property has been left as you have found it.
Party Size:
The maximum occupancy for the property is clearly stated and this must not be exceeded, without prior arrangement with the owners. We reserve the right to terminate occupancy of the property without notice or refund in the case of a breach of this condition.Arrival and Departure Times:
The property will be clean and ready for occupation after 4:00pm on the day of arrival.Please vacate the premises by 10:00am on the day of departure. Please strip all bed linen that has been used and put into one pile along with towels before leaving. Thank you.
Cancellations:
In the event of a cancellation by the tenant, the deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation is made less than four weeks before the commencement of the let, the total rent will be forfeit. However every effort will be made to re-let the cancellation and provided this is successful, the original tenant will only forfeit the deposit.Agreement:
By signing the booking form and/or by making a telephone booking with deposit paid by credit/debit card, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and you must ensure that all members of your party understand and comply with them.The accommodation let is to be used for the sole purpose of a holiday and the hirer shall not sub-let the premises or any part thereof.
Use of the property is at the hirer's own risk and no liability shall fall on the owner for any injury to, or loss of personal belongings of, the occupants.
The hirer of the property shall undertake to prevent any member of his/her party from causing a nuisance or disturbance to neighbours.
The tenant must ensure that the property is left secure when unoccupied.
There is to be no smoking in the property.
